Amazon Global Selling - Senior Business Program Manager
Amazon Global Selling has been assisting individuals and businesses in boosting sales and expanding their customer base worldwide. Currently, over half of Amazon's total unit sales originate from third-party selection.
The Global Selling team in China focuses on enlisting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 18 overseas stores, as well as supporting local sellers in achieving success and growth on the platform. The team aims to become the top choice for various Chinese businesses looking to expand globally.
The Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team at Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager who is results-oriented and adept at learning quickly and building trust with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, offering essential support to enhance efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact. The ideal candidate must collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and business teams, handling various programs and projects simultaneously, and delivering solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.
Moreover, the candidate must exhibit a passion for their work, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and program/project management abilities. They should be able to convey complex analytical results clearly and succinctly, both in writing and verbally.
The selected individual will also be tasked with addressing highly ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, and devising simple solutions to complex issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary owner in the ESM team regarding the business domain, overseeing business goal setting and team executions.
- Accumulate comprehensive Seller insights for each profile, deriving business intelligence to assist Sellers in their growth.
- Drive the generation of business insights and offer guidance to the account management team to create actionable next steps and enhance account management efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/business teams to conceive new business initiatives and translate them into reality.
- Organize workflow across the team to efficiently implement each workstream and related operational activities.
- Develop, implement, and automate new and existing processes in a standardized and scalable format, while leveraging global resources to enhance based on local requirements whenever feasible.
- Innovate to enhance Seller experience through continuous engagement with internal partners, driving business process improvement via in-depth data analysis and seller engagement practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies, or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
