We provide businesses the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join our Marketplace in 10+ countries, adding millions of new products. More than 2 million Sellers use this Marketplace, exceeding 40% of total Amazon unit sales and growing.


Amazon Business-to-Business (B2B) currently is looking for a talented Senior Program Ops Manager who will take lead of Asia B2B program management.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex initiatives, streamline process, improve efficiency and deliver solutions with limited guidance.

He/she should have superior communication, analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with sharp business acumen. The experience of working autonomously with multiple teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is highly preferred.

Key job responsibilities

  • Defines strategies and programs to achieve business goals, build the mechanism, and drive the enhancement
  • Closely work with AB global and local business team to drive program implementation and feature adoption by local sellers
  • Drive local initiatives and partner with Global and local team to scale up across 3 Marketplaces (US, EU, JP)
  • Build mechanism and acting as a proxy to reflect VOS in a systematic way
  • Work relentlessly to improve existing process to ensure a seamless communication across local team, central PMO and AB leadership team
  • Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership
  • Facilitate/support region leader to manage critical business review

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
