The Global Selling team in China is in charge of inviting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 14 overseas marketplaces and assisting local Sellers in achieving success and growth on the platform.

Our goal is to be the top option for various types of Chinese businesses looking to go global.

Amazon Global Selling is on the lookout for a dynamic and highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. In this position, the individual will play a crucial role in the Asia Global Selling PMO Service Provider Network (SPN) Team by offering essential support to enhance efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact.

The ideal candidate should be adept at working closely with multiple stakeholders and business teams simultaneously, offering practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions. They need to be enthusiastic, self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and program/project management skills. The ability to articulate complex analytical results clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally, is essential.

The candidate will be tasked with tackling challenging problems, pinpointing root causes, and driving towards straightforward solutions to complex issues.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire life cycle of service providers from onboarding to top performers, continuously driving success for both Sellers and service providers.
  • Engage widely with internal stakeholders, Sellers, and service providers to lead insight generation for service provider success and business opportunities.
  • Oversee the service provider community operation, including program promotion activities, private advisory boards, and sharing business insights to support sustainable growth for service providers and Sellers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and business teams to develop new business initiatives and turn ambitions into actions.
  • Quickly adapt to ambiguity and tasks beyond the comfort zone.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience leading the delivery of large, cross-functional programs, preferably in Program Management and Sales Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deploying solutions to end users.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytics.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to manage the business using metrics.
  • Strong customer focus and a drive to understand program needs.
  • Proactive attitude, highly organized, and capable of handling numerous tasks and projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines within a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a relevant field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or a high-tech B2B sales organization.
