Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team is in search of a detail-oriented Senior Business Program Manager who can adapt quickly and establish trust with various stakeholders in a constantly evolving environment.

In this position, the individual will play a crucial role in the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, delivering vital support to enhance efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact.

The ideal candidate should excel at engaging directly with multiple stakeholders and business teams, handling various programs and projects simultaneously, offering practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions. They must be enthusiastic about the work, self-driven, and possess outstanding problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication, program, and project management abilities, ensuring complex analytical results are conveyed clearly in both written and verbal forms.

Moreover, the candidate will tackle complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and strive for simple resolutions to intricate problems.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the sole owner in ESM team on business domain and lead business goal setting and team executions.
  • Gain profound Seller insights under each profile and deliver business intelligence to aid Sellers' growth.
  • Drive business insights generation, offering direction to the account management team to produce actionable next steps and enhance account management efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders/business teams to devise new business strategies and translate them into action.
  • Organize workflow across the team to efficiently implement each workstream and related operational activities.
  • Create, implement, and automate new and existing processes in a standardized, scalable manner, leveraging global resources to enhance based on local requirements whenever feasible.
  • Drive innovation to enhance Seller experience through consistent engagement with internal partners, propelling business process enhancement via in-depth data analysis and seller interaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Expertise in developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Proficiency in shaping, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools along with BI tools
  • Experience in presenting to senior leadership
