Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Senior-level Project Manager with strong project management skills, focusing on driving critical projects and managing communication with the senior leadership team.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience in Program-project structures and leading project managers towards program objectives.
- Experienced in managing large-scale development projects/programs.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and building high-performing program teams.
- Expert in IoT domain and Agile/SAFe project management practices.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in project/program management with IoT project experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in large-scale program management or senior program manager role.
- Proficient in Agile/SAFe project/program management methods and tools.
- Creative, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- PMP certification required; SAFe/Agile certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
