Job Description

Position Summary:

This role involves leading the development of IoT solutions in elevators:

  • Head a team to create a new IoT product to meet fresh equipment and service requirements.
  • Supervise a diverse team from various departments/countries.
  • Manage Program Schedule, Product Cost, and Budget to meet set targets.
  • Possess a background in IoT/digital technology. Understand hardware and software development processes.

Requirement:

  • Skilled in leading IoT/digital solutions programs, covering hardware and software (embedded/Cloud/Application) program experience.
  • Experienced in developing specific IoT or similar industry solutions, e.g., manufacturing, smart utilities, smart cities, industrial IoT.
  • Knowledgeable about agile/Scrum program management techniques.
  • Self-reliant and organized work approach, highly customer-oriented with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent in planning, reporting, presenting, and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues from different functions.
  • Holding PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Senior Management.

Basic Accountabilities:

  • Develop agile and cost-effective IoT projects based on client/customer needs review and marketing requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure adherence to technical maturity, cost efficiency, and support capability requirements.
  • Create project plans and allocate resources.
  • Convey goals and objectives to team members and guide them towards achieving targets.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict management.
  • Maintain smooth horizontal/vertical communication.
  • Manage resources, schedule, and program risks to ensure timely program completion.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in IoT and related technologies.

Education & Experience

  • 3 years' experience in building IoT Solution Architecture and executing projects for large-scale enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Experience in a global company is preferred.

Language:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
