Job Summary:
This role involves leading the development of IoT solutions in the elevator industry.

  • Lead a team to create a new IoT product to meet equipment and service needs.
  • Coordinate a diverse team across departments and countries.
  • Manage Program Schedule, Product Cost, and Budget effectively.
  • Must have a background in IoT/digital technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing IoT/digital projects, including hardware and software development.
  • Background in developing IoT solutions for various industries such as manufacturing, smart utilities, and industrial IoT.
  • Familiarity with agile/Scrum project management.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop agile and cost-effective IoT projects based on client needs and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical maturity and cost efficiency.
  • Create project plans and allocate resources.
  • Set goals for the team and ensure they are met.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Manage resources, schedule, and risks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Keep updated on IoT and related technologies.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in building IoT solutions for large enterprises.
  • Experience in a global company is preferred.

Language:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
