Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Global Logistics Specialist to optimize and manage our Global Inbound logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of products across various regions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in logistics management, as well as expertise in data analysis and modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives within the Global Logistics Network, managing transportation bookings and controls. Maintain strong knowledge of global transportation operations and Customs requirements to support business needs effectively.
  • Vendor & Performance Management: Drive Logistics vendors to meet demands and maintain strong relationships. Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics objectives and drive Operational Excellence. Manage relationships with shippers across Asia.
  • Cost Management: Conduct vendor payment support and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high service levels.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and enhance logistics efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3+ years of global logistics management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and pay attention to detail. Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of international transportation modes, customs regulations, and logistics best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic industry and embrace challenges for personal growth.
