Join the Danaher Team as an External Affairs Specialist

This position is a vital part of the External Affairs Team at Danaher China, based in Shanghai.

REPORTEES TO: Vice President, External Affairs, China

ROLE: External Affairs support for Danaher China

As the External Affairs Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the VP's calendar, travel & expenses, and coordinating global executive visits
  • Providing assistance to the ExA team for internal and external meetings/seminars, handling logistics, meeting minutes, and monitoring follow-up tasks
  • Assisting the VP with PowerPoint preparation, translation tasks, and ad hoc project management
  • Oversight of team event calendar and project budget tracking
  • Managing inventory of team logo items
  • Completing other assigned tasks as needed

The key qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business support or executive assistance (healthcare background preferred)
