Job Description

Your role:

  • Development of reliable test methods for mechanical and electronic elements, system integration, functional and non-functional tests
  • Assisting the lead engineer in creating efficient test designs considering costs, timing, quality, and test location
  • Coordination, execution, and reporting of tests and measurements
  • Analysis and post-processing of measurement data using statistical techniques
  • Conducting testing and preparing technical documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Leading problem-solving activities to identify root causes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge base
  • Mentoring team members on testing methods and equipment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and OEM suppliers for product testing

You're the right fit if:

  • BS degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering, physics, or related field
  • 10+ years of R&D or manufacturing research experience with a solid understanding of verification processes
  • 3+ years in electrical test laboratory with experience in designing, executing, and documenting test methods for medical devices
  • Proficiency in MSA methodology, statistical techniques, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams, strong sense of ownership, and a passion for learning
  • Experience in creating high-quality technical documentation and testing consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
