What you'll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

  • Working with the business as well as the technical teams to design and implement SAP analytics solutions based on SAP HANA
  • Test data quality of our dashboard/asset deliveries (with guidance from experienced colleagues).
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Model and implement solutions within SAP HANA
  • Closely collaborate with business contacts and stakeholder, technical experts within IT and development
  • Provide data foundation for AI predictive analysis via Azure Data Bricks
  • Other tasks required by the team

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Strong knowledge of database architecture and definitions
  • Strong knowledge in database modeling and programming as well as SQL scripting
  • Ability to provide high level and detail estimates for implementation and realization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Very passionate about learning new technologies and understanding of business users' expectations
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong communication skills and good English skills - written and verbal
  • Knowledge in developing analytical solution such as dashboards or reports (optional)
  • Work Location: Shanghai Pudong Changtai Square
  • Work Schedule: minimum 3 days a week at office in Shanghai for at least 6 months

Meet your team:

The Support Experience Process & Innovation Office (SEPIO) within the Product Data & Technology (PDT) as part of the SAP Corporate Processes & IT Organization (CPIT) is supporting SAPs customer support organizations to run their business and deliver market leading support experience. Our set of tasks consist of driving harmonization and innovation of support infrastructure and processes, providing project management skills and supporting with expertise in the underlying data and last not least establishing performance measurement capabilities.

You will join the Data Intelligence & Innovation team under Support Data Governance & Experience team(SDGE) of SEPIO. In this team we are focusing to provide end to end analytical solutions to support our customers in customer support area as well as enable performance measurement by providing leading analytical data representation.

With your contribution to providing superior analytical solutions you will support the enablement of the business to execute on appropriate performance measurement and taking decisions to steer the customer support business.
