The OLDP Program aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.
What you'll do:
Program Introduction:
Primary Locations:
- Shenzhen
Participant will relocate within 4 PQ plants based on the developmental requirements during the program.
The OLDP Program aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.
The program participant will:
- Complete three 1-year progressively rotational assignments in Operation, Quality, Planning, etc.
- Undertake meaningful projects/assignments to build competencies through individual efforts and teamwork.
- Have developmental opportunities from professional training, assignment coaching.
- Build broad working experience and networking across businesses and locations.
- Have exposure opportunities in front of senior leadership teams to further support the build-up of long term career development path.
Qualifications:
- Master's in engineering, Management Electrical or related
- 2 to 3 years Manufacturing working experience (Operation, Quality, Planning, etc)
- Be passionate and willing to take challenges
- Strong competency to make decision and get result
- Possess good learning agility
- Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills
