Job Summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our China Management Trainee Program. This 36-month program is designed to develop young professionals into future leaders of FedEx Logistics.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure and development in various aspects of FedEx Logistics, including operations, products, and support functions. You will have the opportunity to work in different locations in China and potentially assume an overseas assignment in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in on-the-job trainings and job rotations to gain functional and departmental perspectives on objectives.
  • Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of FedEx Logistics business development.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by management.
  • Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives.
  • Observe experienced talents in FedEx Logistics to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Provide support as needed by management in various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and ad-hoc project work.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • University graduates in all disciplines.
  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering is preferred but not essential.
  • Either fresh graduates or existing FedEx Logistics employees.

You should also possess:

  • Self-motivation, passion, and energy.
  • High commitment, hard work, and self-discipline.
  • Good team player skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel overseas.
