Job Summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Management Trainee Program. This 36-month program is designed to develop young professionals into future leaders of FedEx Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-the-job training and job rotation to gain exposure to various departments and functions within FedEx Logistics.
  • Develop practical work experience in different locations across China and have the opportunity to assume an overseas assignment in the APAC region.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by management and report progress regularly.
  • Observe experienced professionals to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Provide support as needed by management in various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and ad-hoc project work.

Requirements

  • University graduates in all disciplines.
  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering is preferred but not essential.
  • Either fresh graduates or existing FedEx Logistics employees.

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic.
  • Highly committed, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel overseas.
