Program Overview
FedEx Logistics Management Trainee Program is a 36-month development program designed to groom and develop young talents as future leaders of FedEx Logistics. The program provides an excellent opportunity for Management Trainees to gain exposure and development in FedEx Logistics, with on-the-job trainings, job rotation, and practical work experience in China and the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive training and perform duties in several departments, including operations, products, and support functions, to attain functional and departmental perspective on objectives.
- Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of FedEx Logistics business development.
- Meet performance goals and objectives set by management and report progress regularly.
- Observe experienced talents in FedEx Logistics to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Provide support as needed by management in various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and ad-hoc project work.
Requirements
Academic:
- University graduates in all disciplines.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering is preferred but not essential.
Experience & knowledge:
- Either fresh graduates or FedEx Logistics existing employees.
Attributes:
- Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic.
- Highly committed, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
- Good team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- High mobility and willingness to travel overseas.
