MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

Est responsable de la bonne conception et intégration des nouvelles installations de surface au sein du champ du projet, toutes disciplines confondues.

Est responsable de la gestion de l'Ingénierie réalisé par 2 contracteurs EPC sous la supervision du Chef de Projet
* Endosse les choix techniques pris en phase de développement et propose des optimisations. * Coordonne la rédaction du cahier des charges techniques des études de surface et leurs bonnes exécutions dans les coûts et délais impartis.
* S'assure de la bonne cohérence des études entre chaque métier du projet et effectue les arbitrages nécessaires.
* S'assure que toutes les bonnes conceptions et pratiques de la JV sont intégrées à l'ingénierie de Surface
* S'assure de la cohésion de l'équipe d'ingénierie qui se constitue des personnels détachés des partenaires
* S'assure de la qualité du reporting

ACTIVITIES

* Communiquer et appliquer les politiques HSE de la JV dans le dimensionnement des nouvelles installations et les modifications.
* Mettre en place l'organisation de l'équipe de supervision des activités d'ingénierie, et participer au recrutement du personnel nécessaire (détaché par les 'Partenaires'), en coordination avec le management du projet
* Manager l'équipe d'ingénierie en garantissant un bon interfaçage entre disciplines, en effectuant les arbitrages nécessaires et en s'assurant que les revues documentaires s'effectuent sans délais
* Identifier et proposer des optimisations du schéma de développement en tenant compte des contraintes des entités impactées, des contrats à passer, des autorisations à obtenir et de l'impératif de planning.
* Coordonner des sujets techniques transverses propres à la surface entre les entités forage, géoscience, mais également en rapport avec les opérations, la constructibilité, la logistique et la législation. Le tout, en veillant à la bonne information de toutes les parties concernées.
* Participer à la rédaction des procédures et les processus nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe ingénierie.
* Rédiger le cahier des charges techniques des études d'ingénierie nécessaire à la réalisation du projet.
* Superviser l'exécution des contrats d'ingénierie et bureau d'étude technique en conformité avec les cahiers des charges, les plannings et les coûts, avant l'attribution des contrats d'achat d'équipements et contrat de construction (réunion hebdomadaire avec le contracteur EPC).
* S'assurer de la bonne application du référentiel de la JV
* Veiller au contrôle de la qualité des documents émis, ainsi que des commentaires émis par l'entité projet de la JV
* Tenir régulièrement informé le chef de projet et le directeur de projet sur le déroulement des études d'ingénierie (réunion hebdomadaire projet) et le solliciter son arbitrage en cas d'impact significatif sur le planning ou le coût du projet.
* Participer à l'élaboration et à la tenue des documents de référence et de management du projet : Plan d'Exécution du Projet (PEP), registre des risques, Management du changement, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Ingénieur diplômé dans une discipline générale d'engineering avec 15 ans d'expérience en projets pétroliers et gaziers et une expérience en contexte 'OPCO' (Operated Company) préférée
- Ingénieur ayant déjà tenu une position de management et idéalement d'engineering manager
- Expérience en revamping et en management des interfaces entre différents corps de métiers.
- Expériences et Compétences avérées en gestion d'équipe pour gérer et motiver une équipe multiculturelle et multidisciplinaire
- Anglais courant parlé et écrit obligatoire. Français courant parlé et écrit obligatoire.
- Solide soft skills exigées (management, relation inter personnelle, force de persuasion, capacité d'adaptation).
