ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Participating in demand analysis, identifying user needs through research and data analysis, and collaborating with product teams and development departments to develop solutions.
- Working closely with the development department to drive design implementation and quality.
- Tracking product feedback and continually optimizing the user experience.
- Leading the development of design standards and guidelines.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and designers to deliver unified results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English language skills, with strong listening and speaking abilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in User-Centered design, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis methods and design tools.
- Experience in leading complex design projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong logical thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new business requirements and work effectively in a remote team environment.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including a generous health insurance package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
