Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Hangzhou, China. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business strategy and HR initiatives that support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement HR strategies to drive organizational capability and employee experiences;
- Build high-performance cultures through effective performance management systems and activities;
- Drive organization effectiveness and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement;
- Advise on organization design and drive optimization efforts;
- Lead training programs to enhance employee skills and meet business needs;
- Foster a great company culture and drive employee engagement;
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with L&D/OD experience preferred;
- Fluent English language skills;
