Sales Engineer for Key Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand I&I client relationships within the designated territory to meet annual objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from client acquisition to order fulfillment and payment collection.
- Preferably possess experience working with both clients and suppliers in state-owned enterprises, with a PMP certification being advantageous.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the tendering process, capable of advancing project proposals, and maintain a network of large service provider contacts.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and R&D teams to execute relevant strategies, including industry tool promotions, market analysis, and user training initiatives.
- Independently plan and manage daily client visits.
- Maintain strong communication and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in sectors such as energy and power, aerospace and defense, rail transportation, or construction is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of industrial products and end-user development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to frequent travel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues with a structured approach.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with a CET 4 level or higher.
