Sales Engineer for Key User Development

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and expand I&I user business within the designated region to meet annual objectives.

- Oversee the entire process from user development to securing orders and ensuring payment collection from clients.

- Possess experience working with both Party A and Party B, particularly in developing relationships with state-owned enterprises; PMP certification is advantageous.

- Have a strong understanding of the bidding process, capable of driving project promotions, and maintain extensive resources among large service providers.

- Collaborate effectively with the marketing and R&D departments to execute relevant strategies, including industry tool promotions, market research, and user training initiatives.

- Plan and manage daily client visits independently.

- Maintain effective communication and close cooperation with other functional teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Preferred experience in sectors such as energy and power, aerospace and military, rail transit, or construction.

- A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, or related fields.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of industrial goods and end-user development.

- Demonstrated self-discipline, ability to work autonomously, and willingness to travel frequently for business.

- Strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills, along with a collaborative team spirit.

- Proficient in problem-solving and structured thinking.

- Good command of English (both written and spoken), with CET 4 or higher proficiency.
