About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular field visits and academic presentations to promote our products and services to healthcare professionals.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Basic English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • A strong sense of initiative and motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
