About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at SRG Global. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve lower costs and higher efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Continuous Improvement
• Develop and implement lean and industrial engineering knowledge to front-line supervisors and employees to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with front-line employees to identify and implement process improvements that meet key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
• Organize and lead lean activities at the plant level to drive cultural change and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and improve the company's improvement system and follow up on progress.
2. New Program Support
• Participate in the new program launch process and coordinate the development of material and information flow diagrams and process connection definitions.
• Drive the strategy for production processes to create lower-cost and high-efficiency manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with package engineers to design reasonable work-in-progress (WIP) packages and calculate WIP quantities based on system design to achieve lower costs and higher efficiency.
• Develop layout plans for new programs, considering ergonomics and safety.
3. Plant Layout Optimization
• Lead the optimization of plant layouts to maximize space utilization and meet process requirements.
4. Waste Elimination and Continuous Improvement
• Conduct analysis to identify and eliminate waste in current production processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to work on continuous improvement programs.
5. Other Duties
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.
6. Compliance
• Ensure compliance with TISAX requirements.
7. EHS System Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of engineering work experience.
3. Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 3D software.
5. Strong project management and Microsoft Office skills.
6. Strong personality and pressure management skills.
7. Good self-learning and self-management capabilities.
