As an Industrialization Engineer at DSM, you will play a crucial role in driving the industrialization and process optimization of flavor products. Your expertise will be instrumental in building manufacturing expertise on flavor delivery technologies in China.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful industrialization of products with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and HS&E teams to ensure safe operations and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Work with product creators to optimize product formulation and achieve 'design for manufacturing' purposes.
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing Instructions, provide training to manufacturing operators, and ensure successful production of new products.
- Drive manufacturing process optimization and complexity reduction, and troubleshoot NPI process and product-related non-conformances.
- Work with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and value creation projects.

You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects.
- Manufacturing experience in Food and Flavor industries is highly preferred.
- Responsibility, hard work, passion, and good communication skills.
- Teamwork spirit, self-motivation, and honesty.
- Good speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and a good command of computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
