This role focuses on providing solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues using a customer-centered approach. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently, adhering to quality and security processes.

You will be a key contributor to our Knowledge Centric Service, creating and sharing knowledge to ensure customer success. This involves creating and improving articles in our knowledge base and potentially acting as a Digital Success Engineer (DSE) to optimize and curate our knowledge base.

This role provides organizational support through various activities, including innovation initiatives, internal audits, and mentorship. Your expertise will help drive our organization forward.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of professional experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience in ALM domain
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality
  • Familiarity with operating systems, networks, Java, and databases
  • Strong self-learning skills to adapt to different products and modules
  • Effective interpersonal and Korean communication skills
