Job Description

\

The Industrial Software Solutions Project Manager Leader will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple industrial software projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project timelines and customer expectations\
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution\
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and project scope is clearly defined\
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking\
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle\
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery\
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and collaboration\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution\
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge\
  • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness\\-

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Control, or Computer Engineering, or related field\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process control industry and project management\
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget\
  • PMP certification\
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities\\-

Salary and Benefits

\

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This position is based in our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate or work remotely.
