About the Role:

We seek an exceptional Cloud Native Project Lead to drive customer-facing projects at LotusFlare. As a key member of our team, you will ensure project goals are met, and customer expectations are exceeded. With a strong technical project management background, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings and contract preparations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Establish best practices for assigned projects, adhering to defined processes and standards for scoping, planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and quality management.
  • Determine project scope, key milestones, and dependencies to create a comprehensive project plan baseline.
  • Craft clear deliverables and roles/responsibilities for project team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Secure necessary resources for project execution and work closely with internal engineering/design teams and external customer technical teams to foster best practices and optimal solutions.
  • Drive project execution by tracking delivery, managing change, and resolving blockers proactively.
  • Oversee daily tasks of assigned project team members while ensuring they work towards established milestones.
  • Conduct regular meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and provide updates on assigned projects.
  • Prepare status reports for internal and client leaders to maintain transparency and open communication.
  • Manage UAT and production releases, as well as handover to operational support teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Information, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a technical/software development environment.
  • Deep understanding of foundational project management processes, strategies, tools, and methods.
  • Solid foundation in service-oriented and digital technologies to understand inter-dependencies and technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-organizational interaction.
  • Experience delivering products against a plan in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to distill data and articulate trade-off rationale.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools, preferably with expertise in Jira Roadmaps for project planning/tracking.
