About the Department
At Novo Nordisk, our Market Access and Public Affairs Department plays a vital role in driving business growth and success. The department is committed to leading excellent market access and advocating for public policies and sustainable development. Key responsibilities include developing pipeline product access strategies, ensuring patient accessibility and affordability of listed products, and engaging in public affairs to promote the corporate public image and sustainable development.
About the Position
- Develop and execute organizational PA and Sustainability strategies, policy communication, and related associations engagement plans, with a focus on sustainability in Region China.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive external affairs agendas and enhance relationships with relevant authorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including NNRCC, STJ, HK, and TW PA teams, to shape market access and policy communication.
- Attract, develop, and retain talents to build a best-in-industry team, and lead flagship partnership projects to enhance NNRC impact.
- Support company-level risk identification, mitigation, and crisis response management.
- Drive sustainable development through initiatives such as EMP, CSR, and Take Actions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, market access, or public sectors; experience in the pharm industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare, drug market access policy, and government practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
- Strong business and market understanding.
- Good project management skills.
- Good government relationships.
