About the Department
At Novo Nordisk, our Markets Access team is dedicated to delivering exceptional market access performance and championing public policies and sustainable development. We focus on various aspects, including product access strategies, patient pathways, and price accessibility of listed products. Additionally, we ensure the effectiveness of lifecycle pricing management, participate in public affairs, and are committed to promoting corporate image, sustainability, and advocacy for healthcare-related policies.

About the Position
- Develop and implement regional hospital access and safe operation goals, plans, and execution nationwide and regionally.
- Create feasible and compliant projects based on regional strategies, execute them promptly, and evaluate their effectiveness while proposing improvements.
- Ensure achievement of flagship target hospitals' access targets and guarantee secure operation of innovative products within hospitals.
- Manage and coordinate regional cross-departmental market access projects to support regional access needs.
- Lead regional key account management of hospitals and third-party clients, maintaining effective communication, business relationships, and cooperation for long-term collaboration with external partners.
- Oversee the business management of regional KAM personnel.
- Ensure adherence to all company regulations and cooperate closely with the compliance team to strengthen compliance awareness, identify irregularities promptly, and rectify them without compromise.

About Requirements
- Demonstrate outstanding business capabilities, strategic thinking, team management, and crisis response skills.
- Have strong organizational, planning, controlling, and coordination abilities both internally and externally.
- Be able to develop and implement hospital-level market access strategies, plans, budgets, and execution independently.
- Influence sales teams as needed and lead KAM teams to efficiently expand access.
- Cultivate effective communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to innovate, possess high team spirit, strong ambition, and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/markets/key client management.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in regional market strategy, planning, comprehensive marketing management.
- Hold at least 2 years of personnel management experience.
