About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Communication Expert to join our team as a Speechwriter. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, drafting, writing, and editing speeches, talking points, and other communications materials for senior AIIB figures.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft high-quality written materials that effectively communicate AIIB's mission, vision, and achievements to diverse audiences.
- Develop and manage AIIB's Speaker's Bureau, identifying and curating internal experts for external speaking opportunities.
- Research and synthesize complex topics related to infrastructure finance, sustainability, and international development to inform content creation.
- Provide strategic communication advice to senior leadership on messaging and public speaking opportunities.
- A Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in drafting high-quality written materials in English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong knowledge of international political, economic, and social affairs issues.
- Familiarity with AIIB's work and a deep understanding of its international affairs.
AIIB offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
