Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the recreation department, including the gym, pool, and other recreational facilities and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recreation staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Recreation Manager or Assistant Recreation Manager in a larger operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
