Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in large-scale embedded software testing with a strong emphasis on software integration
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: HIL, SIL, BSP/Board Support Package, Operating Systems, RTOS, Linux/QNX, SOC (System on Chip)
  • Developed test protocols and automation scripts for repetitive validation processes
  • Strong knowledge of serial data communications (Ethernet (preferred), CAN, LIN)
  • High-level analytics of ECU software with a focus on software integration
  • Experience with Software Development processes including source control, bug tracking, and design documentation
  • Working knowledge of batch/shell scripting
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with experience working cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Able to work cross-functionally, globally, and with joint ventures

  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of hardware and software interfaces
  • Experience with CI/CD automation
  • Design/Development of Safety Critical Systems/Components
  • Understanding of HIL/ SIL test methods
  • Experience with Automated Driving sensors (Cameras, Lidars, Radars, Ultrasonic Sensors)
  • Prior experience negotiating between parties
  • Prior commercial experience a plus for negotiations with supply base
  • Exposure to SoC bring up for ADAS
  • Exposure to the Adaptive AUTOSAR service-based vehicle platform
