Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in system validation and a passion for innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing test strategies to validate our vehicle software, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate vehicle software functionality and performance.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with development teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations relevant to system validation and ensure compliance throughout the testing process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing needs and resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for system validation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in vehicle component and subsystem/system validation.
  • Proven experience in system validation methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software validation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in automotive safety-critical electronics, knowledge of vehicle communications protocols (e.g., CAN and Ethernet), and understanding of HIL test methods would be highly valued. Additionally, certification in DFSS would be beneficial.
