About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Expert to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our validation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our ADAS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and validate ADAS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support validation activities
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on validation methodologies and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as Software/Automobile engineering/Battery engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in validation/quality team, preferably in ADAS systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence without authority
  • Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma, Red X, FMEA is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and leadership roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix/cross-culture environment
  • Self-starter with target-oriented approach and high ethics
