Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our point-of-care products to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for our point-of-care products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to provide necessary tools, proposals, and training to support product adoption.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to promote product value and company branding.
- Lead product launch management initiatives to ensure successful market introduction.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as medical, biology, or pharmacy.
- Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a strong background in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Experience in the blood gas or point-of-care area is highly desirable.
