Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula. As a key member of the Front Office Department, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and policies in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, guests, and owners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (ideally).
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
