About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to assist with the efficient running of our department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Department within the Rooms Division.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and employee engagement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior role
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Our company offers a competitive salary range of CNY 180,000 - 220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
