Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity professional to strengthen Zoom's AI security infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in our engineering security team, requiring close collaboration with our cutting-edge AI team. As an AI security specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing AI security posture through detailed security assessments, strategic recommendations, and leading automated plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced techniques such as threat modeling, code analysis, and penetration testing to conduct comprehensive security evaluations of AI functions, models, and datasets.
- Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, flaws, and threats to ensure the robustness and integrity of AI systems.
- Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to enhance the security resilience of AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and relevant teams to implement effective security controls, protocols, and best practices tailored to AI applications.
- Promote the automation and standardization of AI system security review processes.
- Develop innovative tools, scripts, and workflows to simplify security evaluations, accelerate response times, and boost overall efficiency.
- Continuously assess and integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with privacy, legal, and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive review and compliance, ensuring security considerations are integrated throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Contribute to our AI training programs, developing and providing training materials, seminars, and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance/Security, Network Security, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a security role, with a proven track record of protecting complex IT environments. Demonstrate expertise in performing security assessments, risk analysis, and remediation across various technical stacks.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks. Proficiency in evaluating security risks associated with AI/ML applications, including data privacy, model robustness, and adversarial attacks.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, with a focus on secure development practices. Experience with security tools and frameworks like OWASP and NIST is highly desirable.
- Analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proactive attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
