Job Purpose

As a Senior Account Manager at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including product launches and promotional activities.
  4. Provide sales support and training to customers and internal teams to ensure effective product usage and maximize sales potential.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Basic English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
