Job Title: Manufacturing Production Lead

Job Location: Shanghai Fengxian

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the ten key elements of on-site management: people, machines, materials, methods, environment, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and safety.
  • Complete daily and pre-shift meetings to confirm production plans and personnel arrangements.
  • Perform equipment checks and execute TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to ensure equipment is running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of production materials and coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth production.
  • E nsure employees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement engineering changes as needed.
  • Analyze monthly quality anomalies, complete root cause analysis (RCA), and implement improvement action plans.
  • Examine monthly trends in major consumable costs and develop cost-saving strategies.
  • Analyze daily production plan achievements, address production and quality issues affecting delivery schedules, and maintain a fair and just work environment.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify potential safety risks, and lead efforts to improve site safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or higher.
  • At least five years of experience in production-related roles, with expertise in factory management and 5S practices.
  • Familiarity with quality management tools such as 8D, QCC, CPK, and CMK.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, with experience using tools like 5W2H and SMAR.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and willing to work overtime when necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
