About the LocationFour Seasons Hotel Dalian is situated in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Northern China, offering stunning views of the city skyline. Our hotel features six distinctive restaurants and bars, serving a range of Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine. We are seeking a talented individual to join our culinary team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests.
- Provide a high level of service and attention to detail in all aspects of food production and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Assist in maintaining par stocks and ensuring sufficient supplies are available at all times.
- High school education or equivalent experience in a culinary setting.
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience in a similar role.
