Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our kindergarten program, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Administration: Oversee the implementation of our advanced accredited curricula, ensuring a well-structured and engaging learning environment for our students.
  • Classroom Leadership: Lead classroom activities, promote socialization, and foster emotional growth among our children.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Record and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents, sharing student updates and working together to support their child's development.
  • Environmental Design: Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that aligns with our program goals.
Requirements:
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and families.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, preferably with teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL, PGCE/State Teaching License), and at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience, preferably in kindergartens.
  • Z Visa Requirement: Currently holding a Z visa in China, allowing for smooth relocation and employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of approximately ¥180,000 - ¥220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
