About the Role

We're seeking an Innovation Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the innovation strategy to fulfill brand development plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the innovation strategy and direction to meet business objectives.
  • Screen and evaluate potential opportunities globally to identify new product ideas based on understanding of CBEC business and consumer trends.
  • C coordinate with global stakeholders to complete internal launch procedures efficiently.
  • Manage projects from scratch, including business model identification, formulation development, supplier evaluation, and final commercial production and delivery.
  • Lead project management for other ongoing projects, including P&L roundup, biz case development, and internal procedure.
  • Manage routine communication with global partners.
  • Prepare materials for internal innovation reviews and Innovation council.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor degree or above, with project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in brand marketing and NPD.
  • At least 4 years of working experience.
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence internal and external business partners.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and international virtual teams.
  • Effective working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong ownership, bias for action, prioritization, and high-quality results.
  • Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills and methodology.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Project Management: Simplify and prioritize complex issues while ensuring each task is completed to the end.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and identify win-win scenarios to ensure commercial success.
    • Team player, able to work well with all levels of employees.
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
