The Role

As a Product Manager for Innovative Channels at Roche, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative channel strategies and translating brand strategies into creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative channel strategies to drive business growth and increase sales contribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute creative campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Manage external channel partners to ensure effective execution and maximize ROI.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other brand relevant departments and external partners to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Commerce, preferably in an MNC background.
  • Strong project management capabilities, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong execution capability and strong cross-functional communication skills.
