Job Summary

Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Channel Management to lead our business channel management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance our business channel management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement medium and long-term strategic plans for the department
  • Enhance business channel management capabilities through integrated management strategies
  • Manage integrated supply chain management
  • Develop innovative diversified project management and extend product life cycle
  • Establish new management mechanisms and promote new product launches
  • Build new business models to ensure secure operation of the ACM
  • Manage department budget and personnel

Requirements

  • University degree or above
  • Strong strategic logic thinking skills
  • Strong knowledge of business channel management
  • Strong industry influence and customer relationship
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with relevant industry trends and commercial policies
  • Foreign company background in pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant national business management experience
  • More than 10 people with management experience
