Job Title: Head of Product Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to lead our Product Group team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product group business plans, including S&OP, RFF, AOP, and LTP.
  • Lead cross-functional product group teams to achieve business plan targets.
  • Define stock level targets and obsolescence cost controlling.
  • Provide business-related inputs for capacity extensions and cost-down projects.
  • Develop and maintain product portfolios and industrial strategies.
  • Lead product innovation roadmaps and new product developments.
  • Manage product documentation and PTMA processes.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Professional product marketing background.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
