Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Thermal Management Business Unit as Head of Business Development. This is a key role that will drive growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the thermal management market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the thermal management industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage and execute M&A projects, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
  • Oversee the integration of acquired companies into our organization, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, M&A, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expansion in the thermal management market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the specialty auto industry and its trends and challenges.
