Job Title: Buyer_MA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Buyer_MA to support our business growth in China Domestic and Exporting business. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies in accordance with BU and regions, scouting and evaluating suppliers, and conducting RFQs and negotiations to ensure competitive PPC levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business growth in China Domestic and Exporting markets.

2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and conduct RFQs and negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supplier management and communication.

4. Prepare and implement regular price negotiations to achieve target prices.

5. Provide supplier mentorship and management to ensure smooth business operations.

6. Prepare and complete commercial documents and contracts.

7. Monitor and report on supplier performance and fixed assets management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Commercial-related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket, with a focus on purchasing and supplier management.

3. Strong knowledge of product cost calculation and control, with experience in implementing cost-saving measures.

4. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Proven experience in supplier management and communication, with a focus on fast reaction to supply chain demands.

6. Good English language skills, both verbal and written.

7. Proactive and self-leading, with a willingness to take on additional challenges.
