Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Governance Specialist-MM to join our team. As a key member of our global purchasing governance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of SAP S/4HANA deployment within the global purchasing governance organization.
  • Act as a regional process specialist to support SAP S/4HANA deployment in different project phases, including fit to standard analysis, integration tests, process validation, data cleansing, data migration, go-live, and Hypercare.
  • Support deployment findings and implement necessary changes for the new SAP S/4HANA template, ensuring effective change management.
  • Coordinate purchasing team members within plant implementation teams regarding data management processes, tools, and communication, training management processes, testing management processes, tools, test case creation, etc.
  • Conduct integration test activities and train local project teams on the new ERP system.
  • Manage regional testing management processes to support local/site testing strategies based on regional team testing plans, test scope, and test completion reports.
  • Monitor and support business requirements for all sites within the region and provide required support to all plants within the respective region.
  • Act as 2nd-level support for Japan local users in purchasing and coordinate periodic I-tests referring to the modules.
Requirements
  • Excellent SAP expertise in purchasing and related areas, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Involved in SAP (ERP) implementations, preferably in template rollouts.
  • Project management skills and deep knowledge of purchasing processes.
  • Team player with influencing skills and readiness to travel.
  • Effective communication and training skills, with fluency in English and Japanese (speaking and writing).
