Job Title: ECOM Database Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ECOM Database Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial set-up, preparation, maintenance, auditing, and close-out of Project Completions Database (ECOM) during the execute phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review SBM engineering deliverables and index lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Prepare engineering and supply chain document trackers used for ECOM population.
  3. Provide continuous feedback to SBM Engineering team on tag discrepancies.
  4. Initial tag population in ECOM.
  5. Review cable block diagram and termination drawings along with cable schedule to identify integration cables and populate the same in ECOM.
  6. Review vendor datasheets to capture equipment data and populate the same in ECOM.
  7. Publish weekly progress reports on ECOM population.
  8. Prepare master registers, including PSVs, mechanical handling equipment, analyzers, and flowmeters.
  9. Perform regular internal audits of ECOM and provide feedback to site ECOM database team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ECOM database management and population.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and supply chain document trackers.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
