Job Summary

Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of cost reduction pipelines and projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive cost reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost reduction pipelines and projects to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement cost reduction activities and ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards.
  • Design and deliver cost reduction workshops to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Align project activities with business strategy and objectives, working closely with the Category Manager.
  • Participate in supplier strategy reviews and provide input to management and category teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with key business priorities and adapt project plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with at least 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of procurement processes, including IATF16949 standards.
  • Project management skills, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong supplier management skills and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to drive results-oriented projects.
  • Results-driven and ownership mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to work in a multinational environment.
